FULL INTERVIEW: Liberal frontbencher Angus Taylor says the final approval of the Adani Carmichael mine should be determined by 'science, not politics.
' The $22 billion project is awaiting final approval from Environment Minister Melissa Price, with some Queensland Coalition MPs pushing for the project to be given the green light before the federal election. The mine, based in Galilee Basin, still needs to be cleared by the Queensland Labor government before it can commence.
