“Those Indigenous people who have made it – they’ve been born into good circumstances … or they’ve escaped, there’s been an exit strategy for them to access modern services and opportunities,” Mr Dillon told Sky News host Amanda Stoker. “We know where … the problem areas are … we either need to bring the services to them … or if that’s not viable well then we do need to make the tough decision of moving the people to where the services are … we need a sensible and sensitive exit strategy.”
