It also heard that CCTV vision captured Henley travelling at high speeds on the night of the incident. But prosecutor Michael Foundas rejected the suggestion the death was an "accident", describing Henley's actions as deliberate.Mr Culshaw said Henley never intended to kill Nicholas Darling.
