Ilias Sammy Latsis pleads guilty to abducting a four-month-old baby boy while stealing car at Klemzig on Monday.
An Adelaide man has pleaded guilty to abducting a four-month-old boy after he stole a car at Klemzig yesterday with the baby still inside.He stole a car yesterday which had a four-month-old baby in the backPara Hills man Ilias Sammy Latsis, 37, appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court via video link, where his lawyer entered guilty pleas to theft and abduction.from outside a Klemzig deli on Monday morning, then abandoned the car 2 hours later.
Stephen Ey, for Latsis, told the court his client wanted to express his remorse for the angst he caused the baby's mother. The court heard Latsis would negotiate with prosecutors on one count of committing an act likely to cause harm.
