The family said there was nothing left of their Stamford Place property after it was consumed by flames.Darius' father, Chris Scragg, told 9News how lucky it was that his son escaped.The possibility of being able to sue over the fault is little consolation for the family now.The couple's daughter has set up a fundraising page to help her parents as they begin to replace all they have lost.
