An Australian woman has broken her silence after suffering a devastating injury during an extremely turbulent Singapore Airlines flight last month.
Mr Davis was among more than a dozen Aussies left battered and bruised from the incident which happened over Myanmar, while a 73-year-old British man died from a suspected heart attack. The South Australian woman was later medically evacuated from the Thai capital and is currently in the spinal unit at Royal Adelaide Hospital.
South Australian man Keith Davis spoke about the horror inside the Singapore Airlines plane that was hit by severe turbulence, days after the incident. I think that the shock for me as well was that when it all happened, within 10 seconds of me trying to get my seatbelt, back on.’’
