A team of Australian Defence Force personnel will travel to the UK this week in a joint effort to train Ukrainian soldiers in their fight against Russia.
Around 70 ADF troops will leave Darwin in the coming days to participate in Operation Interflex to train up to 20,000 Ukrainian recruits.
Australian and British troops will provide Ukraine’s military with specialised combat training for urban environments.
