Marchant, a former state lawmaker endorsed by Trump, is the founder of the America First Secretary of State Coalition, which advocates for more restrictive ballot access laws in their states. In Nevada, Marchant has been a proponent of hand counting ballots in the state, spreading conspiracy theories that voting machines have flipped votes.
