Jimmy B. Harris, 56, of White Hall, was driving a 2004 Cadillac Deville on U.S. 80 in Lowndes County when the vehicle struck a tree and a guardrail before overturning, ALEA said. He was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
