The Prime Minister was asked during a press conference if he believes the Reserve Bank Governor Philip Lowe should resign over his commentary around interest rates.
Mr Lowe on Monday apologised to Australian homeowners who took out mortgages on the premise that rates would not go up, during a Senate estimates hearing.
