Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has hit back against Opposition Leader Peter Dutton after the latter questioned the PM’s methods concerning the cost-of-living crisis.

“We did promise and we are delivering, making a difference to people … we’re making a difference with the cheaper medicines policy we brought in on January one,” Mr Albanese said at parliamentary Question Time on Tuesday.

“Making an enormous difference, in contrasting with the person who asked the question, which when he was health minister wanted to jack up the price of essential medicines.”
