Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek has taken a jab at the Greens as the Albanese government boasts an approval rate of renewable energy projects double that of the Coalition.

“So, in coming months and years, we’ll see even more renewable energy entering into our electricity grid,” she said.

The Environment Minister is also shrugging off criticism from the Greens for greenlighting fossil fuel projects. “It would be terrific if critics like the Greens occasionally recognise the massive transformation that we’re engaged in,” Ms Plibersek said.
