The Prime Minister hosted the Australian and South African cricket teams for the traditional families day at Kirribilli House, using the opportunity to promote and explain the Government's pledge to introduce an Indigenous Voice to Parliament.
Mr Albanese played host to the Australian and South African cricket teams at Kirribilli House for the traditional family day where he engaged in some friendly backyard competition.

Picture: NCA NewsWire / Damian Shaw The Australian cricket team wears an Indigenous logo on their collar while playing, a welcome to country ceremony is also held before each match and the players joined with the West Indies in taking a knee in their recent series.
The teams and their families all joined in with the Prime Minister for some friendly backyard cricket in a day off before they meet at the Sydney Cricket Ground for the second Test of their two match series. “It’s great to be able to attend along with the other players, staff and families against such a beautiful back drop,” Cummins said.
Mr Albanese was at the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne to witness Australia demolish the tourists and secure a series victory and he also confirmed he would visit the SCG for the final match of the tour.
