Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said he would roll up his sleeve for a fourth dose of a COVID-19 vaccine on Tuesday as he urged Australians to continue getting vaccinated against the virus amid fears of another Omicron wave.
Speaking in Sydney alongside New South Wales Premier Dominic Perrottet, the Prime Minister revealed he would be getting his fourth dose later in the day and implored residents to follow his lead.“If you're eligible for a fourth booster shot and for those above 50 it's recommended, for those above 30 it's certainly advisable… do so if you can, make sure that you do that.

Mr Albanese’s comments came as health experts warned of another wave of Omicron cases with Chief Medical Officer Professor Paul Kelly admitting to the Today Show that “two doses is definitely not enough” for protection against the virus.
