Aldi's latest dupe has drawn comparisons to cult hair bond repair brand, Olaplex
Anyone with colour damaged hair will know the costs of some of the products designed to keep your locks looking healthy. That's why Aldi shoppers have been particularly keen to welcome a new product which is said to be similar to the much-heralded Olaplex treatment.
The budget retailer stocks a number of products which has been said to be similar to the likes of more mainstream brands such as Pixi Glow Tonic, Nars blush, Clinique Moisture Surge and Urban Decay eyeshadow, Manchester Evening News reports. It's worth noting Olaplex's signature bond building comes from a patented ingredient called bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate - and Aldi's product has no mention of this. So if you are looking for the true Olaplex result, you're better off buying the real thing. But if you do want to try Aldi's product, it's cheap enough to do so without risking a lot of cash.
