Supermarket giant Aldi has been praised by shoppers for an 18p item that will make the Christmas period much cheaper. Now October is here, the retailer has started to put its festive offerings on shelves, and shoppers certainly aren't disappointed.
For those who prefer a more traditional treat there are Aldi’s Specially Selected Mince Pies . The all-butter pastries are filled with mincemeat infused with brandy, cognac and cider, with a sugar dusting, and sit alongside the Holly Lane Deep Filled Mince Pies, at just £1.09. With six mince pies per pack, it works out at just 18p per pie.
