Some difficult news for Alex Trebek.

While Trebek said that he"was doing so well" and added that his"numbers went down to the equivalent of a normal human being who does not have pancreatic cancer," that"very optimistic" development did not last long. Though Trebek said that he gets"the most optimism" from the fact that he's still her fighting and doesn't"feel terrible," he did not sugar coat"It has different effects on you for some reason, and I don’t understand why. Occasionally it will cause excruciating pain in my lower back. Other times it's fatigue. Other times it's nausea. It varies. Cancer is mysterious in more ways than one," he said.
Despite his continuing battle, Trebek revealed that his remains positive, though he admitted that some aspects of his health struggles do"bother" him.
