However, the fixtures released today show the final scheduled match will take place in Sydney on December 12. "We are committed to playing in the Rugby Championship and we know the scheduling of matches has been a complex and dynamic issue to work through, especially with quarantine protocols."We will now work through the issues with Rugby Australia and SANZAAR and believe that there are other solutions within the Rugby Championship window."
The tournament, featuring six double-header match days will start with the Springboks opening its title defence against Argentina in Brisbane, followed by the Wallabies taking on the All Blacks on November 7.After that, the competition shifts to New South Wales, with further matches taking place at Stadium Australia, Parramatta Stadium and in Newcastle.
