Banned items for Splendour 2022 includes weapons and fisherman's umbrellas
The annual Splendour music festival returns on July 23 and 34 for its first two day event packed full of music and entertainment. It attracts people from all over the city and region to head to Wollaton Park for a day of live performances.
For those heading for a weekend of music in the sun, a list of prohibitions have been posted on Splendour's website. It outlines what cannot be taken into the festival site.No alcohol or glass bottles can be taken into the festival. Water and non-alcoholic drinks can be taken in but they have to be in a maximum 1 litre plastic bottle with an unbroken seal.
Festival goers cannot take BBQs or fires anywhere on the site and are not allowed to bring gazebos, pop up tents, fisherman's umbrellas or any item that is deemed to cause an obstruction.
