Birmingham Charter senior Gavin Taylor was named MVP after hitting .333 with three homers, 18 RBI, seven stole bases and 26 walks in league play. The BYU commit was also instrumental to the Patriots’ defense at catcher. Granada Hills senior Andrew Cuervo and Birmingham senior Daniel Flores were named co-Pitcher of the Year. Birmingham senior Ella Ludden and Granada Hills sophomore Addison Moorman were named co-Pitcher of the Year. Moorman went 15-5 this season with 165 strikeouts and an ERA of 2.46. Ludden went 9-2 with 157 strikeouts and an impressive ERA of 0.43.
