Two foreign nationals have been arrested at one of the country’s busiest airports after allegedly smuggling almost 50 kilograms of illicit drugs into Australia.
Two foreign nationals have been arrested at Sydney Airport within 48 hours after allegedly smuggling almost $30 million worth of illicit drugs into Australia , with one caught concealing 6kg of cocaine in his underpants.
A Canadian-Ecuadorian dual national, 41, was charged with allegedly importing six kilograms of cocaine in his underpants. He appeared before the Downing Centre Local Court on September 24, while the 41-year-old fronted the court on September 22.
