Amanda Seyfried is isolating from her husband after COVID-19 exposure

The “Mean Girls” star celebrated Christmas apart from her husband, Thomas Sadoski, and, after she and her mini-me daughter, 4-year-old Nina, were exposed to COVID-19.

“It kills me that my girl and I are separated from her dad and brother this Christmas,” Seyfried, 36, wrote on her Instagram Stories on Saturday.Seyfried said she was trying her “very, very best to find the beauty, adjust to the reality, and make incredible memories” of her “barn holiday” with little Nina.

“But it’s f–king hard. And that’s OK too,” she added. “Happy Christmas Eve to all. Hold the people you can hold tighter, even.”mingey/Instagram Seyfried revealed that she was exposed to the coronavirus days just “three days before” she was eligible to receive her booster shot. “I’m left wondering if the six-month rule between shots still holds the same weight,” she inquired on Instagram.“If I’d been able to get my booster sooner, maybe I would have dodged the virus,” she continued. “Maybe. Should that rule still apply?”
