Amid unionization efforts across the country, Amazon has been accused of firing a worker at its North Randall fulfillment center who was engaged in unionizing the facility.

However, the person’s name was redacted from the public record and no affiliation was listed for a specific union the person may have been working with. The complaint filed with the NLRB said the security infraction - or “alleged incident” - did not happen, and that the employee was actually fired because of their support for the union, and to further discourage unionization at the facility.
