facility in New Jersey, marking the newest union push since workers at a New York warehouseLocal 13 International Brotherhood of the Trade Union, which filed for a vote Friday, has proved it has enough support from workers at the facility located in Bayonne, N.J., to hold an election, according to the National Labor Relations Board. To gain the right to hold an election, petitioners typically have to show proof that at least 30% of workers at a location are interested in an election.
