Katy Perry has announced an Australian tour next year. The American superstar will bring her Lifetimes tour to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth in June, 2025, she revealed on Sunrise . The tour is in support of her new album, 143, which signals a reinvention for the pop star. Appearing live on Sunrise , Perry said: “I am super keen to announce The Lifetimes tour, and I’m rolling out dates first in Australia. It’s been a long time, but I feel like I’m totally ready for it.
Excitedly speaking about the new tour, Perry said fans love her hit, 2010 mega-hit Firework — which she said usually gets the biggest response from fans in the crowd. “Everybody loves it. Doesn’t matter who you are, how young, how mature, everyone is singing along to that song,” she said. “That’s what I typically end my show with. The celebratory moment of life.” The superstar will next play the MCG for the AFL Grand Final on Saturday, fronting a sellout crowd of 100,000 people.
