Amy Schumer Selling a Sumptuous NYC Penthouse for $15M Reportedly dropping $12.1 million for a seriously swanky penthouse in 2016, comedian and actress Amy Schumer is selling the five-bedroom, full-floor unit on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
Located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, the five-bedroom, full-floor unit features 4,500 square feet of interior space and an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space over two levels.
“It’s pretty obvious where we are going. If you leave this borough, what borough do people usually move to? It’s not rocket science,” she said. The top-floor unit in a landmarked Beaux Arts building features bi-fold glass walls that extend the living space to a wraparound terrace with views of the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge, and the city skyline.
