Amy Schumer shared new photos from the day she gave birth to her son, Gene.
"Giving birth is the most terrifying thing you’ll ever do that’s completely worth it," she said. "Having a c-section was … my pregnancy was so hard, I was just very ready to meet my son."And while her throwback post is full of smiles, Schumer hasn't been shy about getting real about the hard truth of being pregnant and being a mom.
"Five months today and like all moms I love him so much it hurts," she wrote. "I'm feeling strong and good and like I'm still a human being with interests and ambitions and goals I’m excited to reach. It's felt good to be back at work."
