Police said the house on Benboyd Circle, Rokeby, was fully alight when fire crews arrived just after 9am Sunday. "Sadly, an infant was found deceased inside the residence, and another young child and an adult were taken to the Royal Hobart Hospital with serious injuries," Tasmania Police said in a statement.A woman who noticed the fire and called emergency services said there were "flames everywhere, out all the windows, lots of smoke".

"All the neighbours were coming to help … there was one man that had a fire extinguisher over and he smashed windows and got kids out," the woman, who did not want to be named, said.The Tasmania Fire Service will investigate to determine the cause of the fire, while police will prepare a report for the coroner.Photo shows Donald Trump, wearing a red 'Make America Great Again' cap, pictured in front of a black-and-white graphic of the White House.
