On the opening day of her"Re-Invention" tour in Los Angeles, Madonna canceled three planned shows in Israel after receiving death threats. In a statement sent Tuesday to IndyStar, Morehead wrote that "it can be legally challenging to prove intentional discrimination."

"I had to weigh the cost of potentially having the case dismissed or settling the case and signing a non-disclosure agreement and forever remain silent. Neither option allowed the truth to be told."WTHR-TV told IndyStar it was"pleased" Morehead decided to drop the suit. A dismissal agreement between both sides was filed Monday in the case. It was approved by a judge Tuesday. Under the agreement, Morehead will not be able to sue WTHR-TV over the allegations featured in her complaint in the future.
