The Victorian Premier was repeatedly quizzed about findings from the Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission (IBAC) after it was revealed he was secretly grilled by the watchdog on the culture of the Labor Party.

Daniel Andrews has refused to answer questions after an investigation by the Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission found the Labor Party's culture was"rotten" and encouraged misuse of public resources.

"I'm not making any comment about those matters unless until a final report is handed down," he said.
