The Premier called out former prime minister Scott Morrison for not distributing Victoria its 'fair share' of funding as he announced the start of 'one of the biggest infrastructure projects in the state's history'.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews took an opportunity to take another swipe at former prime minister Scott Morrison during the official construction announcement of one of the state's"biggest" infrastructure projects.

Mr Andrews took serious issue with his claims and slammed the Commonwealth government for refusing to partner with Victoria over the project.
