Queensland's Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk will spend the next three weeks on leave returning on ANZAC Day with Treasurer Cameron Dick and Deputy Premier Steven Miles to lead the state in her absence.

The Sunshine State will be run by Treasurer Cameron Dick from April 6 before Deputy Premier Steven Miles takes control from April 11 until Ms Palaszczuk returns on April 25.

The Premier revealed from 1am on April 14 unvaccinated residents will be allowed into a range of venues including pubs, cafes, restaurants, theme parks, casinos, cinemas, weddings, showgrounds, galleries, libraries, museums and stadiums.
