Anthony Albanese started his address to the NSW Labor conference on Saturday with news about Jabiluka. The stated reason of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is to support the wishes of the Mirarr people, the traditional owners of the land which contains the orebody. The Mirarr people currently oppose development of Jabiluka, but that wasn’t always the case.
