Anti-lockdown protesters have clashed with police in Melbourne's north as almost 200 more Victorians were fined for breaching restrictions. 9News

A further 69 were for breaching Melbourne's strict 8pm curfew and 26 were issued at vehicle checkpoints around the state.In total, Victoria police officers stopped 14,569 vehicles at checkpoints yesterday and conducted 4284 checks on people at homes, businesses and public places across the state.warmer weather across the state saw couped-up Victorians flock outdoorsAmong those fined was a Hawthorn woman who was spotted parked in St Kilda, around 10km from her home.

In another instance, a woman was fined after holding a birthday party for a five-year-old at her house in Latrobe, in the state's Gippsland region.A San Remo family were also fined after a carload of two adults and three children were stopped at a vehicle checkpoint.
