NSW Police have launched an investigation after anti-Semitic graffiti was tagged on the side of a white car, which was parked on a suburban street in Queens Park.

Police are investigating the incident, which comes after two separate incidents where anti- Israel slogans were graffitied in Woollahra late last year.

In a statement NSW Jewish Board of Deputies president David Ossip said the organisation was saddened and appalled by the incident. "It is intolerable that Australians are having to go to bed fearful that their cars or properties will be defaced overnight with anti-Semitic hate speech." Two men were charged with more than 20 offences each after multiple buildings were vandalised and a car set on fire on Wellington Street on November 21.
