ANTIOCH — An 18-year-old Antioch woman and three teens have been arrested and charged with seven felonies in connection with a violent carjacking in which the victims, a man and woman in their 70s, were beaten and knocked down by four assailants.
The three other suspects, all younger than 18, are being charged in juvenile court, which doesn’t publicize its records. The current status of their case is unknown.
