It’s just a few short weeks until the expected unveil of Apple’s mixed reality headset, likely called Reality or Reality Pro.
, has added a bunch of new information about the upcoming Apple headset. There’s a lot there, but here are some of the most interesting items. And they include a welcome confirmation about the eye-catching display I’m so keen on.
The people involved in the headset include “executives from the company’s Technology Development Group, the secretive team behind the device”. Leaving aside the fact that you probably don’t need to say the word secretive as that’s a given with Apple, I’d say, the list of people is interesting. It includes Jony Ive, the design legend who has since left the company.
May 20 update. John Gruber, he of Daring Fireball fame and a well-connected Apple contact, has plenty to say about the new headset. And not all of it is to my liking.
