Apple's Tim Cook doesn't get the credit he deserves
Steve Jobs stepped down from being Apple’s CEO on August 25, 2011, and Tim Cook replaced him. It would be impossible to fill Jobs shoes, but I think Cook has done a very good job while some analysts and pundits say he should be replaced since the company hasn’t had a new product as successful as the iPhone or done any large acquisitions.was announced in January 2007 and became available in June. It only sold 1.4, 11.6 and 20.7 million units in fiscal 2007, 2008 and 2009, respectively.
I believe when you look at the numbers and think through the challenges of integrating large companies Apple has a better approach by buying small, technology oriented firms that can be more easily integrated into Apple. Keeping a yearly upgrade cycle for the iPhone is also not the easiest technology hurdle to overcome. While each year does not provide a wow factor, the pressure to introduce a new chip set and other features is daunting, and a slip-up would be very harmful to the stock.first Apple Watch
