Apprentice star makes heartbreaking decision to close business just months after final
The Apprentice candidate Megan Hornby has shut down her business just weeks after saying “the world is her oyster” following a brutal semi-final firing.
The star said she's realised that she’s outgrown the business and has decided to close it down, writes The Mirror. "And when I came out of it, and had that battle between me, Marnie and Rochelle, I realised I'm sitting with these two really wonderful, articulate, beautiful women, who are passionate about their businesses because it's what they absolutely love.
‘The Candy Shop” business launched in 2020, making sweet boxes for loved ones while on furlough. Megan put her venture online and the business was booming. "I got this beautiful cocktail bar and restaurant setup, which was something that I had wanted for years," she continued. "I grew up working in hospitality but what I realised was, the only reason I wanted it is because it was all I knew.
