Former Leeds United striker Brian Deane is confident that Archie Gray will remain at Elland Road despite interest from the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City.
Now amid the ongoing situation, Deane - who made 187 appearances for the club between 1993 and 1997 - has issued a strong piece of advice to the youngster relating to the career path of Kalvin Phillips. "He was lauded, playing for England. He made the wrong move to Man City which perhaps was never going to be the right move, and his career has stalled since then. It’s going to be hard to see how he comes back from that."
