Not only does the blanket help with anxiety and restless legs but it also keeps people from turning on the heating

The cost of living crisis is causing bills to soar for millions across the UK and because of this, many are no longer turning on their heating as they try and keep it off.

One blanket in particular is helping people keep their heating switched off - and it helps with the likes of restless legs and anxiety too. Advertised on the Argos website, the 'Slumberdown Wellbeing Weighted Adults Blanket' costs £54 and has a total of 4.5 stars out of five with 87 per cent of people recommending it.
