Arizona won't put people to death until a commissioner, to be appointed by new Gov. Katie Hobbs, reviews the process, the attorney general announced Friday.

Newly elected Democratic Attorney General Kris Mayes said Friday that she is withdrawing the state's legal motion to execute Aaron Gunches.
