Little Rock cops said Jerry Crutcher, 56, fired the arrow at Charlie Williams last Sunday in the victim’s apartment.
Police added that during the incident, a second victim was identified with an arrow wound.
Crutcher was taken into custody Friday afternoon and charged with first-degree murder and second-degree battery.It wasn’t clear what sparked the bloodshed.In 2020, Clinton Young, 42, was arrested for shooting his 46-year-old girlfriend in the stomach with a crossbow bolt in Saline County.
