Personal terms are not expected to be an issue whatsoever and the Gunners are trying to work out a transfer fee with West Ham. With a deal ‘off the table’, Rice is expected to join Arsenal. The transfer fee is likely to be in the region of £100million. “Bayern sources feel that the player is now 100% oriented to staying in the Premier League as priority.
