Charging stations need be near homes, offer electricity derived from “clean” sources and charge those cars at a reasonably fast pace. For many consumers, some — or even all — of these conditions simply cannot be met.These leaders often talk as if shifting to electric cars is the boldest step our nation can take to help the planet.
