Sri Lankan captain Charith Asalanka led his team to victory with a remarkable century, smashing 127 runs off 126 balls. This impressive innings came after Sri Lanka lost five wickets for just 55 runs at one point.
Despite a valiant effort from Alex Carey, who scored 41 runs, Australia's batting lineup struggled against the disciplined Sri Lankan bowlers.
