Ashley Dale, 28, was shot in her home by a gunman searching for her boyfriend, a jury has heard.
A firearms expert has told a court that the gun used to kill Ashley Dale in Liverpool is capable of firing up to 15 rounds per second.Liverpool Crown Court has heard she died when a single bullet from a Skorpion machine pistol hit her.
Four other men, Niall Barry, 26, Sean Zeisz, 28, Ian Fitzgibbon, 28, and Joseph Peers, 29 also deny murder. Firearms expert Andre de Villiers Horne held up a real but decommissioned Skorpion pistol in court to show the jury how it works.
