, we might have the answer. Turns out, like many new friends made in the past few years, they haven’t spent a ton of time together. At least, not physically., they did reveal something that might explain it.might be a rom-com, but it turns out, the stars only filmed three scenes together.
For a majority of the film, the two leads were communicating virtually, which is why they prepared for the film by having daily video calls. Kutcher said that they spent time “building this chemistry and building this relationship and really becoming genuine friends,” long distance, which made filming the movie more comfortable.
