Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate gets 759 hp from a twin-turbo V-12.
The 770 Ultimate, limited to just 499 unites globally, will be the final iteration of the front-engine sports car, says Aston. The"770" stands for 770 PS, which translates to 759 hp from the 5.2-liter 12-cylinder under the hood. Torque is rated at 663 lb-ft, with all thrust going to the rear wheels via an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission with unique tuning and a limited-slip differential. Aston Martin doesn't list a 0-60 time, but says top speed is 211 mph.
It's not just better looks and bigger power that make the 770 Ultimate special. Aston wanted to make this car drive a step above the rest, so it's added a solid-mounted steering column to improve feel and an enhanced front cross member, improving front-end lateral stiffness by 25 percent. There are also unique dampers and carbon-ceramic brakes as standard.
