“While the ASX 200 is yet to move into official bear market territory, most major equity markets now have and at a high level some ‘value’ appears to be emerging.That’s the conclusion of Goldman Sachs’ Matthew Ross, Bill Zu and Tony Wu in a note that value is starting to appear, though perhaps not as much as it may seem.
Commodity stocks are trading well below all prior valuation troughs and make up a much larger than normal share of the index.
